MIDI Arpeggiator / Sequencer

As I am refactoring the MIDI library for the Arduino, I'm setting up an Arpeggiator / Sequencer core (no interface designed yet), to test the real-time capabilities of the AVR core I'm using for the Mobius.

As this will remain an experiment, it could be fun to bind it to the MCO for testing..
